We at Printing Custom Boxes are committed to offering you premium, customized packaging options. Since each order is different we have a fair and transparent return and refund policy. Below, we’ve described our processes to make sure your experience is clear from beginning to end.

Trademarks and Copyrights

You are the only one who is responsible for how you use any content that you add to your products, such as photos, text, graphics, or other materials. You agree not to use any copyrighted works, images, text styles, designs, service marks or other works of a third party in your products unless you get permission from the owners of those works. You promise that your products don’t violate anybody else’s rights, such as copyright, trademarks, or privacy and publicity rights. You also promise that you have all the rights and permissions you need to use third-party materials in your products. You promise that you have the right, permission, and authority to place an order on this Site and let printingcustomboxes.com™ make the products for you.

DESIGN FILES

Printingcustomboxes.com™ will only give you design files that are 72 DPI, which is low resolution. Please email info@printingcustomboxes.com for a quote if you want to buy designed files with a higher resolution.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK

All artwork, designs, and pictures must be in CMYK format and have a resolution of at least 300 DPI. When you convert from RGB to CMYK color modes, printingcustomboxes.com™ is not liable for any color changes that happen. Printingcustomboxes.com™ is not responsible for photos that are hazy, deformed, or pixelated because of the artwork that the buyer gave them.

PROOFING & MATCHING

Customers must approve the final artwork and job specification sheet for all print orders. Customers will get final artwork proofs and a task specification sheet by email after they make an order. Customers must read over all of the information on the specification sheet, such as delivery dates and production speed, and make sure that all of their needs have been correctly stated. printingcustomboxes.com™ is not responsible for any specifications or needs that are not listed in the final specification sheet. Printingcustomboxes.com™ is not responsible for matching colors or the level of ink on screen proofs that clients have accepted.

MATERIALS

Kindly be aware that the paper/card stock utilized for printing our products is not suitable for food use. Any such requirement must be conveyed in writing without delay. If you have any specific food grade requirements concerning the paper stock, please inform us before placing this order.

The customer must approve the proof and layout before printing commences.

printingcustomboxes.com™ shall not be held responsible for any errors in a printed product resulting from any of the following:

  • Graphics Orientation or Placement and Improper Font Usage
  • Errors in Spelling, Grammar, and Punctuation
  • Incorrect die cuts, slits, or missing and improperly placed folds
  • Completed Product Dimensions

ORDER CANCELLATION

printingcustomboxes.com™ reserves the right to cancel your order before it is printed or shipped. However, once your ordered item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Orders might be subject to cancellation at different stages of production; however, cancellation fees will be incurred. Your Customer Service Team will notify you regarding any cancellation fees.

  • Orders can be placed through the online platform.
  • Orders are refined in our design department.
  • Orders are dispatched to the press.
  • Orders are gathered by the shipping company and dispatched.

All orders can be canceled prior to stage 2. If an order is canceled in stage 1, a fee of $15 will be applied along with 5% of the total amount to account for payment processing, bank charges, and our design department fees. For orders cancelled in stage 2, a minimum of 20% of the total order amount will be deducted as cancellation fees to account for the charges incurred by our design department. Once an order reaches stage 3, we can attempt to cancel it; however, we cannot assure that the cancellation will be successful. If the order remains in stage 3 and the user wishes to cancel it, a deduction of at least 50% of the total order amount will be applied to cover expenses. At stage 4, an order is no longer eligible for cancellation.

  • Veterans Day

  • Day after Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve (December 24th)
  • Christmas Day (December 25th)

Damaged and Lost Packaging

It’s up to the customer to check their packages for broken or missing things before accepting delivery. You have three business days from the delivery date to make a claim for damaged or lost items. Printing Custom Boxes is not liable for mistakes or broken packages sent by third parties.
